We truly hope that you are completely satisfied with each and every item you purchase from our online store. But in event you are not, we will do our best to make you happy. Eligible merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition along with all original tags attached. Buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs.
Returns: If you would like to return an eligible product for credit back to your credit card, there's no need to call. Simply package the item and ship it back to us within 30 days from date of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and email address. However, there will be a $4.95 restocking fee per order (less original shipping costs and any applicable gift wrap services). We will credit your card promptly, usually within 48 hours of receiving your return. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by babysport will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. All sale items, clearance items and exception items are final sale and sold "as is" with no returns or exchanges.

NOTE: On refunds, we will credit back to your card for the amount of the merchandise only and applicable sales tax (less the original shipping cost, any applicable gift wrap services and less the restocking fee of $4.95 per order). Most items are returnable but there are some items that are non-returnable, so please refer to the return exceptions in some item's descriptions.
Exchanges: You can exchange your eligible product for a different size or style so long as it is within the 30 days alloted and the merchandise is in its original condition along with all tags still attached. Keep in mind, we do sell out of items occasionally, and sometimes we may not have the size that you are looking for. Email or call us, and we can tell you if we have what you are looking for, and we will place it on hold for you. Items on hold will be restocked to our warehouse after 48 hours.
On exchanges, we will send out the replacement item(s) and charge your card for our additional cost to ship your new item(s).

Loss or Damaged Packages: All UPS packages are GUARANTEED. Any loss or damaged packages through using the UPS carrier will be reimbursed back to the customer, including shipping costs. We are proud to bring this Guaranteed UPS service as option so that you feel 100% Satisfied and Safe.
Holiday Gifts: We are aware that alot of people like to get an early start on their holiday shopping, so please be assured there will be no problem exchanging your holiday gifts. We allow gifts purchased after November 15 to be exchanged up until January 15th. Please note all exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached.
Special Orders: We will soon have embroidery and hot press services available in means to customize baseball jerseys and college football jerseys to reflect your child's name and number on the back. Also, we will be venturing into customizing different products such as glass milk bottles and other items. Special customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangable.

PLEASE NOTE: Apparel is very susceptible to damage from cigarette smoke and other odors. We cannot accept returns or exchanges which have a noticable odor of any kind, as those items are no longer in original condition. Items sent to us with a noticable odor will be returned to the sender, and no return or exchange will be issued.
