We continuously look for quality products to add to our current babysport line. Do you have any retail locations?
Yes and we are continuously expanding our storefronts all across the nation and look to open stores in different geographic locations including Europe, Canada, Japan, China and many other locations.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all of the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Google Checkout, PayPal, and E-Checks. Costco's merchant services NOVA securely handles all of our financial transactions online. You can call us at 714-544-0315 and we can take your order over the phone as well. No personal checks are accepted.
Is your site secure? Absolutely! All of your personal information is stored on a secure server and your order is processed using a secure site certificate. During checkout when you enter payment information you should see a secured authentic digicert logo. Our site is scanned daily with the Hacker Safe software by Scan Alert.
Shipping
What countries do you ship to? U.S. only at this time. We expect to ship worldwide in the very near future. Currently we ship via US Postal Services (First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail) as well as UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver) We plan to add FedEx in which will allow for efficient International shipping.

USPS First Class, Priority, Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver flat fee tiers apply to any order shipped in the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii USPS Priority shipping orders may have additional costs. Additional fees may also apply to certain products due to unusual weight or size. In any case, we will notify you beforehand.

UPS Restrictions:
Ground - Guaranteed day-definite delivery within one to six business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as a business day.
3 Day Select - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as a business day.
2nd Day Air - Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. Some shipments to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit. No Saturday delivery. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as a business day.
Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed on-time delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. the next business day to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., respectively. Shipments to residential locations within the UPS Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day. This service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day. Saturday delivery is not available. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as a business day.
Note: UPS shipping is not available to every US address. Some APO addresses and certain states have restrictions that prohibit delivery via UPS. Absolutely No delivery to US P.O. Boxes. In event, a customer selects UPS during checkout and the ship to address they provide is non-deliverable via UPS, we will ship via USPS with an equivalent delivery time. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as a business day.

Which USPS shipping option should I choose? If you need your item in a timely fashion, we highly recommend Priority Mail. While the vast majority of first class packages typically take less than 2 weeks to receive, USPS shipments occasionally experience long delays from 2-4 weeks in some cases. We ship promptly but cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost packages or damaged goods caused by the US Postal Services!

Which UPS shipping option should I choose?
The biggest bang for your buck would be to select 2nd Day Air. Although Ground shipping will reach you within 1 to 5 business days GUARANTEED, the 2nd Day Air will reach you within 2 business days GUARANTEED for just a couple bucks more. Please note that business days are considered Mondays through Fridays only. Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays are NOT considered business days, so guarantees do not apply for these particular non-business days.

When will my order be shipped? We usually ship out your order within 24 to 48 hours after your payment is received and cleared, often the same or next business day. For UPS Guaranteed Shipments, we ship our orders the same day (if ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time or 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time). Please note that we DO NOT ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), and we do not ship on holidays, since they are not considered business days.
How do I know if my item was shipped? You will receive a confirmation number via email notifying you that your package is in the mail. And you can easily track your shipment on either the USPS website or UPS website, depending on what method of shipping you selected.
How do I know where my package is? We will send your delivery confirmation number via email when your package is mailed. However, note that unlike tracking numbers that other shipping companies offer, USPS delivery confirmation usually only shows the date the item was shipped and delivered and may not have any updated information on the progress page or expected delivery date. However, if you select UPS, they will have much more detailed information and description as to where your package exactly is.
Why does my tracking information say "USPS was notified to expect delivery"? It's normal to see this message when the package is on its way. We use an online postage service that allows us to print pre-paid shipping labels before dropping packages at the post office. Packages are not always scanned at the post office counter when they're dropped off so the confirmation displays this generic message.
Damages or Loss during delivery? Our liability ends when your products are handed off to the courier for delivery service. Any loss or damages caused during delivery is not the responsiblity of the seller. If and when packages are loss or damaged, buyer must contact their local post office and dispute the issue with them. With UPS shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).
It is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser to enter the correct ship to address and other relevant information. We do not recommend ship to addresses that are P.O. Boxes nor APO addresses. However, if you decide to take the risk and enter your ship to address as a P.O. Box or APO address, just be aware that it is at your own risk. If packages are returned, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any additional shipping costs to re-ship item(s) or cover all applicable return costs including original shipping costs plus any applicable re-stock fees.
Customer must resolve all issues of loss or damaged goods with the US Postal Services or with UPS directly. We provide FREE delivery or tracking confirmation on every order to assure you that your package was handed to the courier for safe and secure delivery with their company.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my item? And if so, how? If your item matches the description but you don't like it or need a different size, simply mail it back to us along with a printed receipt and written explanation. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of online purchase but item must be in its original condition with all original tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs. For specific details, please see our return policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes we do. We will professionally wrap and ship your item for any occasion. Have another baby shower? Birthday party? Super Bowl outing? Select the gift wrap option during your checkout process and add your personalized gift message in the notes section.
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes we do. As a FREE service to all of our customers, we allow you to include a complimentary and personalized gift message with any purchase regardless if you select the gift wrap option or not. For customers that purchase our professionally hand-crafted designer cards, you can use the gift message section during checkout to include your personalized message which would be printed on the inside of the card.
